Rotisserie - Chicken and Chips at Cafe Piazza and SENSES Restaurant
Enjoy our Rotisserie Chicken with a special seasoning to give the poultry an amazing flavour. The seasoning goes on the chicken overnight to really tenderize the meat and give it tons of flavour.
Available from 12noon to 10pm (except Sundays),  order a half or a whole chicken from our rottiserie at only Rp. 75.000/ half chicken and Rp. 140.000/ whole chicken including chips and salad.

SheeSha at the Upper Deck H2O
You can now enjoy SheeSha, available in a variety of flavours including peach, mint or lemon. Availble at the Upper Deck @ H2O  between 5pm and 9.30pm daily. Choose either 30 minutes at only Rp. 60.000net  or one hour at Rp. 100.000net. Don't forget, free tapas is served between 6pm and 7pm everyday!

Golden Lotus Chinese Restaurant presents the special Teochew Cuisine
From the 1^st of August to the 31^{st of} October, the unique and delicious Teochew dishes will be available on the menu for you to enjoy. With its mellow, refined flavours and wholesome preparation methods, Teochew cuisine requires utmost skill and attention to detail. Teochew food is particularly well known for its seafood and vegetarian dishes and is known for being quite healthy, less oily, and less salty than many other types of regional Chinese cuisine. It’s also famous for just being good comfort style food.

The classic steamed fish in Teochew Style will melt in your mouth with its' delicate sweetness, it is guaranteed to win you over.

It has become the norm and an international standard in hotels worldwide to take a form of guarantee on check in for any extras incurred throughout your stay; whether this be an "authorisation" or an advance deposit. It is certainly not meant to offend or embarass our guests, it's just to protect our business and team members from any liability ensuring all payments are settled. 

In the case of where rooms have been booked directly with the resort and guaranteed with a credit card it is now policy that the room must be paid in full on arrival at the Resort. 

Should the deposit or authorisation not be fully utlisied on incidentals during your stay then the cash deposit will be refunded to you upon check-out or alternatively the credit card authorisation will be cancelled.

D' Lounge” located at the far end of the lobby; is a chic Cocktail bar open daily from 12noon – 11pm with entertainment every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday with a pianist and singer.
It's a great place to watch the world go by and just perfect to enjoy a Sundowner Cocktail or a night cap. The D'lounge offers a large selection of teas & coffees as well as a wide selection of fine wines, ask to see our extensive wine list.

Independence Day is just around the corner!

As every year we are preparing for our visit to the children of Pengalusan to celebrate with them Indonesian Independence Day, this year being already the 69^th celebration of independence. 
This year we will bring 275 hygiene kits for the children as well as for the tutors, which includes items such as a toothbrush and toothpaste, soap and a towel. Also we will provide fresh fruit.

Bali Dynasty Charity Effort needs your support to continue to be able to support the village of Pengalusan in their education, maintaining the school and supplying them with school material requirements. The Bali Dynasty Resort has supported the East Bali Poverty Project for over 12 years in their education projects and has become one of their top sponsors. In order to gain support the Bali Dynasty Resort communicates its’ cause to its’ travel partners, suppliers and guests in order to raise the necessary monthly funds to fund the education project in Pengalusan for 56 students.

As of the beginning of July 2014, the Visa on Arrival fee has been increased. The new fee for a Tourist Visa is USD 35. The seven day visa is no longer available.

A Visa on Arrival can be obtained directly when you have landed at the airports or seaports in Indonesia. The maximum length of stay is 30 days which can be extended for another 30 days at a daily fee.

All you need to bring is:

- Passport with a validity of at least 6 months from arrival date
- Return ticket
- Visa fee (preferably in cash)

Indonesian Independence Day Celebration

Indonesian Independence Day is soon to be upon us. The 17th of August is a day that marks when Indonesia was declared Independent from the Netherlands. This day is filled with festivities and celebrations. The preparations for Hari Merdeka begin well in advance. Whole Indonesia will be draped in red and white, the colors of its flag.

An important ceremony on this day is the flag hoisting at the National Palace. Conducted basically the same way each year, it is a spectacle of the greatest respect and honor for the flag and for the Republic.  

Meanwhile local neighbourhoods are preparing fun games for the kids such as sack races, kerupuk-eating, eel-catching, dancing with balloons, climbing, tug-of-war, recycle creativity, etc. Each province has their own traditional games. The winner of every game will get a present or trophy from the organizer, such as books, stationaries, food and drinks, or luxurious things like bikes, motorcycles  or televisions which are sponsored by large companies.

As a visitor to Bali you are always welcome to join in the neighborhood activities. Join in the fun and spend time getting to know the friendly locals!

Sanur Village Festival

We are pleased to inform you that the Sanur Village Festival will come back this year on 20th-24th August 2014. All activities take place at Maisonette Area, Segara Beach, Sanur - Bali

Using the theme 'Morning of The World', there will be so many new things to explore this year.

This festival, now in its 9th year, is held over 5 days, with the main attractions being at the food festival which offers a wide range of food and drinks as well as both traditional and modern entertainment.
