Held from 2pm to 3pm, this weekly activity is open to children aged 4 to teenagers aged 16 years, making it a great way for kids and teens to connect, play, and make the most of their time at the resort. Join us poolside and see who can keep the hoop spinning the longest.

Adult Activity of the Month – Watermelon Eating Competition

Bring a bit of fun to your Monday afternoon with our Adult Activity of the Month. Join our Watermelon Eating Competition and enjoy a lively, light-hearted challenge by the pool.

Held every Monday from 2pm to 3pm, this activity is a great way to relax, have a laugh, and connect with fellow guests in a casual setting. Make your way to the poolside and see who can finish first.

Looking to explore beyond the resort, our Tour of the Month takes you to Bali Safari & Marine Park, one of the island’s most well-known wildlife attractions.

Home to over a thousand animals from Indonesia, India, and Africa, the park offers a variety of experiences throughout the day. Enjoy the Safari Journey, where you’ll travel through open habitats and see animals such as lions, zebras, and elephants up close from the comfort of a safari tram. There are also educational presentations, animal encounters, and cultural shows, including the popular Bali Agung performance.

Families will appreciate the dedicated water play area and fun zone for children, while dining options within the park make it easy to spend a full day exploring at your own pace. Experience a special time in Bali as the island celebrates Galungan and Kuningan, two of the most important days in the Balinese Hindu calendar.

In 2026, Galungan falls on 17 June, marking the victory of good (dharma) over evil (adharma). During this time, ancestral spirits are believed to return to visit their families. You’ll notice beautifully decorated penjor (tall bamboo poles) lining the streets, along with daily offerings and ceremonies taking place in homes and temples across the island.

Ten days later, on 27 June, Kuningan marks the end of the celebration, when the ancestral spirits return to their realm. It is a quieter but equally meaningful day, observed with special offerings and prayers.

For guests staying during this period, it’s a unique opportunity to witness authentic Balinese traditions and experience the island’s rich cultural heritage up close.

Gede remains a dedicated and hardworking student with a clear passion for the culinary field. He recently completed a six-month internship at an Asian fusion restaurant in Badung, where he gained valuable hands-on experience in food preparation, kitchen operations, and service standards in a professional environment. He is now concentrating on his final practical exams and graduation requirements, with the goal of beginning his career in a professional kitchen.

Outside of school, Gede continues to support his family with daily responsibilities and is a valued member of his local community. Your support at this important stage provides him with the stability and encouragement needed to complete his education with confidence.

Wonderful experience. Location was very near to airport and in heart of Kuta. AMAZING!! The Bali Dynasty Resort has everything you could need for the best and most comfortable stay. Equipped with multiple restaurants, a mini mart, gift shop, hair salon, spa, large pool, games room, kids club, access to the beach, etc. And it's also right in the heart of the area, with many additional options for food and services available within walking distance. Our stay at the Bali Dynasty was incredible, the Staff were fantastic we could not fault any of them, they were accommodating and respectful we could not believe that they all remember our names and they only met us once. The food was incredible from all the restaurants the facilities were all incredible and clean the service was fantastic, our rooms were great and were serviced fast.
Our Guest Relations person Wulan was very inviting always a smile on her face and very accommodating to all our needs and is the main reason we would visit again and again. Another great holiday at the Dynasty - from the beautiful welcome we received of chocolates and wine, welcoming us back. The feeling of being part of the “Dynasty Family”, staff welcoming us throughout the different areas, the beautiful ladies who offer leg/foot massages by the pool— a special thank you to Lily, all the recreation staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and those working in the restaurants and cafes - always a smile and a wave. A special thank you to Warsi for all her support both before we arrived and during our stay - thank you so much and to Agus (sales) who we have known for many years through being regular visitors to the Dynasty and has become a friend who welcomes us and goes above and beyond when i have questions about pretty much everything - again thank you. It’s always a sad day when we leave, but we leave with handshakes and hugs and a chorus of “see you again soon”

My wife and I booked a 90-minute massage at the Bali Dynasty Resort, and it was absolute bliss from start to finish.From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and traditional Balinese hospitality. The spa atmosphere immediately sets the tone—peaceful, beautifully scented, and a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The therapists were highly skilled and incredibly professional, ensuring the pressure was exactly to our liking. A 90-minute session was the perfect amount of time to truly unwind. By the end, we both felt completely rejuvenated.

This visit brought back wonderful memories for us, as we actually stayed here back in 2013. During that trip, we booked a top-floor one-bedroom suite with a massive wrap-around balcony that offered incredible views. It was also the ultimate family trip—the resort pool was absolutely fantastic and a massive hit for our three-year-old to splash around and play in safely. Whether you are visiting for a world-class couples' massage or planning a memorable family vacation, the Bali Dynasty Resort consistently delivers. Fantastic resort for families with a kids' club and plenty of activities! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, our room was quite spacious and clean and while the food was average, it's a great spot if you have children - Dave Harrison
