What is the cost of airport transfer?
Airport Transfer - USD 15 per car per way (maximum 4 people). Return Airport Transfer - USD 30 per car (maximum 4 people). Additional person is charged USD 5 per way.

Is a baby sitter available and what is the cost?
Yes, we offer babysitting service. Child minding/baby sitting service is available at Rp. 55,000 per hour, minimum 2 hours. An additional Rp. 100,000 is charged for service after 10pm to cover taxi transport.
Is the Kids Club free of charge?
Yes, Children aged 4 to 12 years are welcome to join the club.
Children under the age of 4 years are welcome, but must be accompanied by a dedicated babysitter (at an additional charge).
Kids Club is open from 9am-6pm daily and the parents should register at the kids club reception.

What is the maximum number of people allowed in a Deluxe Room or Deluxe Pool View Room?

Is it possible to arrange a playstation in the room?
Yes, a play station can be arranged at an additional charge. It is recommended to request this prior your arrival as we have limited play stations available.
Do I have to book tours in advance or can I do this during my stay?
Tours can be booked during your stay at our Tour Information Centre.
Is there a hair dryer available in the room?
Yes, each room is equipped with a hair dryer.
Do you provide gluten free or vegetarian menu options?
||Special menu preparations can be requested in each restaurant. Best would be to inform us upon the confirmation of your booking.
Is there a dress code in the hotel?
Yes, no singlets are allowed in the restaurants Sen5es, Golden Lotus and Gracie Kelly's during breakfast, lunch and dinner time. Also do not walk around bare feet.
Can I have breakfast in a restaurant of my choice?
Family Rooms breakfast is assigned at H2O restaurant. Deluxe Room and Deluxe Pool View Rooms are assigned in Sen5es Restaurant.
Buffet Breakfast times are from 6.30am - 10.30am.
Will my credit card be charged prior arrival?
Unless you have chosen to Book, Pay and Save, your credit card is only required to guarantee your booking and will not be charged prior your arrival. Upon arrival, you require to settle the total amount of your stay.
In case you cancel your reservation, your credit card will be charged according to our cancellation and no show policy in case your booking is cancelled after the stated deadline or in case you are No Show.

Do you provide lactose free milk in hotel?
Yes, we normally provide soya milk for our guests which are lactose intolerant or you can contact our FB manager upon arrival.
Is breakfast included?
The room rates featured online include breakfast. For Deluxe & Deluxe Pool Room inclusion is based on 2 people. Family Rooms inclusion is based on 5 people. Executive Suite includes breakfast for 2 adults and 3 children up to 12 years old.
Is the access to the swimming pool for free?
During your stay with us free access is provided to all our swimming pools.
Do I need to bring towels along or will these be provided during our stay?
Towels will be provided on a daily basis in your room. Beach towels are available at the pool side.
Can I fit one baby cot and one extra bed together in one room?
No, our Deluxe Rooms can only fit maximum one extra bed OR one baby cot. For our Family Rooms, in case the trundle bed is not used, a baby cot can be added.
Do you provide free Wi-Fi?
Free Wi-Fi is provided in all our restaurants, bar and lobby area and in the room.
