To celebrate another successfull year and in appreciation to all the staff members and their families who have supported them throughout the year, the Bali Dynasty Resort  held its' annual Family Outing in November 2013 hosting over 1040 employees and dependents over a 4 day period at the Waterbom Park Bali.

The family outing is to show our appreciation to all the families of the employees who give their physical and moral support to our team members. Without happy employees we would not have happy guests and that is why so much emphasis is placed on our employees who we all know are our biggest asset.

The staff members of the Bali Dynasty Resort have organized their own Charity Bazaar on Friday, 29 November 2013 to raise funds for the Bali Dynasty Charity Effort, supporting the education of children in a small hamlet in North Eastern Bali which the resort has sponsored since 2000.
For the Charity Bazaar staff  donated second hand clothes, books, bags, shoes and anything else they might be able to sell to their fellow staff members. 100% of the money raised went to the Charity Effort.

The Charity Bazaar enables our employees to demonstrate their caring for others by giving a little something to those less fortunate. The bazaar is scheduled to take place every quarter so should you have anything to donate please drop them off at reception.

Every month we hold a staff gathering, where we celebrate our staff birthdays and present an update on new hotel products and services.  Here are our winners in October 2013.  These staff members have excelled in their duties and the services offered to our guests.  We have a Guest Nomination Award and this award is chosen by our guests who fill in the guest feedback forms before they check out.

This month we are also including our Supervisor of the Quarter

Our Supervisor of the Quarter for the period July to September 2013 is I Gede Semarapada or Sam to his friends. Sam is one of our Duty Managers being a direct contact for our guests and ensures the hotel operations run smoothly. He has been with the Bali Dynasty Resort since 1996 and is married with two children.

Our Employee of the Month for Front of the House is I Wayan Mawen.
Mawen would be a familiar face to many of you, as he is responsible for ensuring your room is spick and span each day. The guests often say nothing is too much trouble for Mawen. He is married with 2 children and has been with us since 1991.

Our Employee of the Month 'Heart of the House' is I Kadek Mudana. Having joined Bali Dynasty in 2013, Kadek is relatively new, but has made a quick reputation as a very friendly and helpfull staff member in the Engineering Department where he works. He is very quick in his follow up at all times.

Our Guest Nomination is I Ketut Ardanayasa who is one of our popular Housekeeping Assistants. He may be a familiar face to some of you as he maintains your room at all times.
Yasa lives in Denpasar with his wife and two children and is passionate about motorcycles as his hobby. Yasa joined Bali Dynasty in 1991, so he is actually older than he looks!

Just have to say that I would not stay anywhere else. We loved our holiday and everything was fantastic at the Bali Dynasty Resort!
