Bali Dynasty Resort Officially a Five Star Hotel

Bali Dynasty Resort is now officially recognised as a Five Star Hotel after a current Indonesian certification process and audit conducted by Sucofindo, a government-appointed Independent Business Certification Board, on the 11^th and 12^th of April 2016

The result from the two days audit which examines the resort thoroughly showed that Bali Dynasty Resort has successfully exceeded the standard qualifications for a five star brand which ranges from the quality of product, services and managerial procedures.

Robert Kelsall, General Manager of Bali Dynasty Resort, upon receiving the certificate stated that “the certification re-affirms our commitment to be the premier resort for families and leisure in the heart of South Kuta Bali.” The certification is believed to bring a positive image to the hotel and an assurance for a great holiday experience while staying at Bali Dynasty Resort.

The certification is part of the current Indonesian Ministry of Tourism legal regulation, which stated that all hotels operated in the country must be audited by an independent business certification board.
