Golden Lotus Presents New Quarterly Promotion: Szechuan Pork Ribs

The award-winning Golden Lotus Chinese Restaurant at the Bali Dynasty Resort invites diners to experience its new quarterly promotion Szechuan Pork Ribs. This specialty dish is essentially marinated pork spare ribs in a flavourful Szechuan sauce. The ribs are first cooked slowly in a Chinese steamer and then lightly fried in a pan to loosen the meat from the bone. To make this meal complete, the ribs come served with broccoli in garlic sauce and steamed white rice.

Szechuan Pork Ribs can be enjoyed for only IDR 165.000 nett/portion. This quarterly promotion will be available daily during lunch and dinner from October through to 31st December 2019.

Golden Lotus Chinese Restaurant is a sophisticated venue serving the finest Cantonese and Szechuan cuisines, and Dim Sum lunches.
