Currently, Indonesia is in a transitioning term to the new normal including Bali itself. In Bali, starting from this month, restaurants and hotels will start to reopen. Some beaches have actually started to reopen its gates since last week. Slowly we start to rise up from this uncertain and difficult situation.

Meanwhile at our resort, we have started to implement our comprehensive guidelines towards to the new normal. These new procedures have been rolled out for the safety of our loyal guests while staying with us. Find out the details below!

Bali Dynasty Resort set to welcoming guest with its new safety procedures!

Since last week, Indonesia has been entering the transition period to the new normal towards the covid-19 pandemic. In Bali, the government has started planning to enforce the “new normal” on the 9th of July. Domestic airlines have started arriving in Bali though several requirements have been applied upon arrival on the island, including showing recent swab test results.

In accordance with the “new normal”, our resort has been rolling out our comprehensive safety guidelines throughout the resort. These new safety procedures have been implemented for the safety of our guest while staying or dining with us. These comprehensive guidelines have been implemented with all the daily operations including the arrival of guests; the set-up of rooms and public areas; F&B outlets; housekeeping; the spa; gym centre; the kids facilities including the kids & teens club, kids playground, kids water fun zone and the swimming pools.

“We are continuously committed to deliver an excellent service to our loyal guest in a safe and hygiene environment. Guests’ confidence towards the hygiene and safety while staying with us are our highest priority, and it is our responsibility to ensure every guests’ satisfaction and feeling safe at our resort with the new hygiene procedures while maintaining our well known hospitality and personalized service,” said Didit Indra, General Manager of Bali Dynasty Resort.

Several new procedures have been implemented for all of the Bali Dynasty Resort’s team members, such as all of staff have to wear face shield, masks, and gloves when providing services with guests. Bali Dynasty Resort provides the new standard amenities which include hand sanitizers and face masks in every room. Besides this, all staff members are required to maintain physical distancing when having interaction with guests of a minimum of 1,5m. As part of the newly hygiene standard operations, public areas and high touch points are being sanitized more regularly.

Dynasty Rewards

As an appreciation for your support in referring people to stay at the Bali Dynasty Resort, we have launched the Referral Programme which will allow you to collect points by referring new guests to stay at the Bali Dynasty Resort.

This programme is part of the Dynasty Rewards programme. You will earn points starting from 100 points for every booking you refer. These points will be added to your Rewards Account once your referee has checked out, which means you have the opportunity to earn points faster even when you are not in the resort but you must make sure that the person you are referring includes your Rewards Membership number when making the reservation!
