Kids Activity of the Month – Balinese Costume Dress Up  

Introduce the little ones to Balinese culture through our traditional costume dress-up activity. Children can try on beautifully crafted Balinese attire, and take part in a fun, interactive session that offers a glimpse into local traditions in a relaxed and engaging way.

It’s a lovely opportunity for kids to learn something new, while enjoying their holiday, and a nice moment for families to capture photos together.

Held every Sunday at 9 AM, this activity is a gentle and enjoyable way to start the day during your stay.

Adult Activity of the Month – Family Games  

Discover a different side of Bali with our Jimbaran Fisherman Village Tour. This guided experience offers a closer look at local coastal life, where you can observe traditional fishing activities and gain insight into the daily routines of the community. It’s a relaxed and meaningful way to explore beyond the resort, while connecting with local culture. Available every Monday, and additional charges apply with a minimum of 4 participants required.

Tour of The Month – Bali Hai Cruises

Enjoy a day out on the water with Bali Hai Cruises, a popular choice for those looking to explore beyond the resort. This cruise takes you to the beautiful waters of Nusa Lembongan, where you can enjoy a range of activities including snorkelling, swimming, and relaxing by the beach or pool. Guests can also take part in optional village tours, water sports, or simply unwind, and take in the ocean views throughout the day. With a mix of activities and downtime, it’s a comfortable option for both families and couples. Pagerwesi Day

Pagerwesi Day falls on Wednesday, 8 April. This important Balinese Hindu celebration symbolises spiritual strength and protection, marking a time for reflection and prayers for inner balance. For guests visiting Bali, this is a wonderful opportunity to observe local traditions, as you may see Balinese families dressed in traditional attire, preparing offerings, and visiting temples throughout the day.

While most tourism activities continue as usual, some local ceremonies may take place in nearby areas. Guests are encouraged to be respectful when observing, avoid entering temple areas unless invited, and dress modestly, if visiting cultural sites. Experiencing days like Pagerwesi offers a deeper insight into Bali’s living culture and spiritual life.

Gede is a dedicated and hardworking student who continues to show strong commitment to his studies. He recently completed a six-month internship at an Asian fusion restaurant in Badung, gaining valuable hands-on experience in food preparation and kitchen operations. He is now focused on his final practical exams and graduation requirements, with the goal of beginning his career in a professional kitchen.

At home, Gede supports his family with daily responsibilities, and remains actively involved in his local community. Your support during this important stage provides him with the stability and encouragement needed to complete his education with confidence.

Earth Hour 2026 at Bali Dynasty Resort

As part of our WWF 4-star sustainability programme, Bali Dynasty Resort marked Earth Hour 2026, with a meaningful evening alongside our in-house guests.

The lights were dimmed for an hour, as we held a candle lighting ceremony, creating a warm and reflective atmosphere around the resort. The evening continued with a selection of live entertainment, including a fire dance performance, a string quartet, and a bartender show, accompanied by a specially curated cocktail for the occasion.

This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to sustainability while creating a thoughtful and engaging experience for our guests.

Just got back from our first trip to Bali, and we stayed at the Dynasty Resort. Honestly such a great choice! The location is perfect, close to everything but still feels like a little escape. The staff were absolutely incredible, so friendly, and always going out of their way to make everything easy and enjoyable. Our kids loved them. The resort itself is super clean, well maintained, and has so much to offer. We stayed in one of the kids’ suites and it was perfectly set up for families with a separate space for the kids, fun bunk beds, and plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. It made the whole stay so much easier and more enjoyable. The pools were a highlight, especially with plenty of space to relax, and the food options were great too, something for everyone. It’s definitely a family-friendly place, but still enjoyable for anyone wanting a fun and relaxing stay. The value for money was honestly hard to beat for what you get, especially as a family, so many inclusions and facilities, that made the whole stay feel easy, fun, and completely worth it. Couldn’t have asked for a better first Bali experience. Our family had the most incredible stay at Bali Dynasty Resort, and we can’t recommend it highly enough. We had a fantastic stay at Bali Dynasty Resort. The staff made us feel so welcome, like part of the family from the moment we arrived. It’s incredibly family friendly, with plenty to keep the kids entertained, which made the whole trip so much more relaxing. The pool atmosphere was fun and positive, and a real highlight of our stay. The resort itself was very clean and well maintained, and the food was delicious with plenty of options for everyone. We also loved the location, close to everything we needed, a walk away from Waterbom Park, and only a short drive from the airport. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would absolutely recommend it to families looking for an easy, enjoyable and relaxing Bali getaway. We stayed here 10 months ago for 4 nights. We then checked into Paradiso. I ended up leaving Paradiso after 1hr, forfeiting a refund (we had issue after issue within that hour- the musk/mould/smoke smell also triggered my asthma), just to go back to Dynasty for another 3 nights! We absolutely loved our stay there. We stayed there again for 10 days (checked out only a few days ago). We had the best time. The staff go above and beyond, and the resort is very well maintained. The kids club kept the kids entertained, and the swim up bar keeps mummy and daddy happy- win win!

We stayed over my son’s 9th birthday, they made it so super special for him, which I saw with many other guests having birthdays! The staff remembered room numbers, orders, and any food change requests.
Huge shout out to the following staff Arya/Michael - Piazza | Windu - Piazza | Mehendra - H20. If you see them around, please tell them that Xaviah says hi! Also a shout out to Arya- swim up bar, who kept mummy and daddy happy during their stay! 
I also recommend doing the photo session shoot. I ended up purchasing the extra photos and they are the best photos we have ever had taken! I love them so much and will definitely treasure them! Though I DO NOT recommend doing this, and if anything did go wrong, we would of only had ourselves to blame, but we kept our valuables in the room, (money, watches, devices) etc, room unlocked at times (We had a pool room so just used the side door), and despite having people in and out of our rooms- housekeeping, mini bar etc, not one cent was removed from our room, nor was anything else taken. Like I stated this certainly is a "at your own risk" "he say/she say" scenario, so I do not recommend it, but I wanted to include this just to inform how respectful and trustworthy everyone walking into our room was! Only thing they ever took, was the tip I left them every day on my bed, under the name card for them! If I HAD to state a negative- It would be that the Wi-Fi played up around Nyepi Day, and the water kept changing from burning hot/ freezing cold in the showers. Other than the very minor issues, It was fabulous. We will definitely stay there again when we come back next! - Britney D.

BEST KID FRIENDLY HOTEL EVER. Stayed here with my husband and our 6-year-old son. Such an amazing experience! Let me share our experience! 1. First, check-in was super smooth—no waiting at all. We were immediately welcomed with a Welcome drink for the three of us. 2. We were escorted to our room. We booked the family garden view, so our room opened directly to a beautiful, super calming garden. Honestly, we were amazed—despite facing the garden, not a single insect came into the room! 3. The bed was soft and spacious. There’s a smart TV, capsule coffee, fast no-password Wi-Fi, complete amenities, a well-functioning water heater, and AC that stays cold all the time. 4. The pool area is huge and well-equipped. There’s a deep pool up to 2m, a medium pool around 1m, and a shallow kids pool (about calf-deep). There’s even a separate kids’ water zone. The kids’ water slide is tall and long—SO satisfying!! 5. The garden is beautiful, well-maintained, and surprisingly low on insects. There are lots of cute and friendly garden animals—ducks, birds, squirrels, pond fish—all kids’ favourites. Plenty of flowers and different types of trees, plus clean and cozy gazebos. 6. The kids’ club is AMAZING! Kids can stay there all day from 9 AM to 6 PM, with staff rotating like teachers to guide activities. And the activities are never boring—sometimes games in the kids’ club, sometimes going to the pool, the beach, or the garden. They even take the kids for lunch, and there’s movie night every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. My son didn’t even want to go home. 7. The staff are everywhere—plenty of them, complete, and SUPER friendly! Very helpful, and seem to know everything. 8. Lots of services available—you can even get a massage and drinks right by the pool. 9. Restaurants, cafés, bars, pubs, lounges—you name it. Rooftop, pool view, indoor dining—they have it all! Even the breakfast area is split into two. And the breakfast spread is incredibly complete! Kids, teens, adults, seniors—Western, Asian, Indonesian—gluten-free, nut-free, vegetarian—there’s something for everyone. 10. The location is super strategic! There’s direct access to Kuta Beach. Step outside and you’re already on Kuta’s main street. Just a 5-minute walk to Waterbom Bali, Discovery Mall, and more. It’s also close to the airport. The area is lively even at night, but the resort itself stays peaceful. 11. Don’t feel like going out? Shops, salons, spas, and more are all available inside the resort. 12. What else honestly, I don’t even know what to add! One night here is definitely not enough, guys! At least 2–3 nights. A whole week would be ideal. That’s it! Felicia T.
