A Quarterly Signature Dish st Golden Lotus: Golden Lotus Peking Duck

Golden Lotus Chinese Restaurant presents its quarterly signature dish, the Golden Lotus Peking Duck, expertly prepared by our native chef specialising in Cantonese and Szechuan cuisine. Available until the end of March 2026, this classic favourite is served as a refined two-course experience, allowing guests to enjoy every flavour at a relaxed pace.

The first course features crisp, golden duck skin carved tableside and served with warm Chinese pancakes, spring onions, cucumber, and house-made black bean sauce. The second course transforms the remaining duck into three flavourful dishes, served with steamed rice: shredded duck in black pepper sauce, shredded duck with seaweed and plum sauce, and diced duck sautéed with vegetables and mushrooms

Siwaratri, observed on Saturday, 17 January 2026, is a sacred day for Hindus in Bali, dedicated to self-reflection, prayer, and spiritual awareness. Often known as the “Night of Self-Awakening,” Siwaratri is a time to pause, reflect on personal growth, and strengthen inner balance through meditation and devotion. On this meaningful evening, temples across Bali hold special prayers and rituals, creating a calm and reflective atmosphere throughout the island. Guests may notice a quieter pace and a deeper sense of spirituality, offering a unique opportunity to experience Bali’s rich cultural and religious traditions.

Support Dimas Irvanda

We invite our guests to support the Bali Children’s Project in helping students continue their education. One of them is Dimas Irvanda, a Grade 12 vocational high school student who is now just six months away from graduation. After his father passed away following a long illness, Dimas’ family has faced serious financial challenges. His mother is now the sole breadwinner, working long hours to provide for the family, making it difficult to keep up with school fees. Without support, Dimas risks being unable to sit his final exams and officially complete his education.

Despite these hardships, Dimas remains a dedicated and determined student. He is majoring in Institutional Accounting and Finance and dreams of building a career as a manager in the future. Alongside his studies, Dimas helps care for his family and stays active in school life, showing resilience and responsibility beyond his years. By supporting Dimas, you can help ensure he completes his final year of school and moves forward toward graduation in 2026. Your contribution offers more than financial assistance, it gives encouragement, stability, and the opportunity for a brighter future. My stay at Bali Dynasty Resort was truly memorable, thanks to its warm atmosphere, excellent facilities, and the genuinely caring team who made every moment feel special. From the moment I arrived, Ayu at the front desk greeted me with a bright smile and effortless check‑in, while Made from housekeeping kept the room spotless and added thoughtful touches throughout my stay. The pool area was a highlight, especially with Gede at the pool bar always ready with refreshing drinks and friendly conversation, and Rina from the kids’ club brought so much joy and energy to the little ones. The resort’s location, dining options, and overall comfort made it the perfect place to relax, and the staff especially Wayan the concierge, who helped arrange smooth transport and activities truly elevated the experience. Perfect location, amazing atmosphere, perfect for night life entertainment, restaurants, pubs, Shopping. At the back of the hotel you have large swimming pool with largest slides, and a water playground for kids. Great swim up bar. Water volleyball competitions. (Personal favourite) Great pool entertainment and games all day. Yuni the administration officer welcomes you with her gorgeous smile. Yuni is attentive, warm-hearted and always ready to accommodate any requests or needs. Checking in on you daily to make sure your stay with Bali Dynasty is perfect. We got 2 pool view rooms. Beds are so comfy, view amazing, extremely clean, room service everyday even creating cute animals like elephants with your towels. Air-conditioning brilliant. Whilst the pool environment area is always alive and buzzing it does not affect the noise level in your room. You can easily go for a snooze during day without any noise disturbance at all. Value, Bali Dynasty is a higher cost than other hotels. But with a full extensive buffet breakfast, constant entertainment and fun, cleanliness and knowing that your stay will be safe, pools extremely clean it’s worth it. This has been our 4th stay at Bali Dynasty and honestly I would not stay anywhere else – Allison B

We had an amazing family holiday at Bali Dynasty Resort in Kuta. The resort truly lives up to its family-friendly reputation, with excellent facilities that kept our kids entertained throughout the stay. The service was warm and welcoming, and the staff were always helpful and wonderful with our little ones. The location is ideal — close to Waterbom Bali, shopping areas, and the beach, making it very convenient for families. The kids’ water park and Kids’ Club were definite highlights. With multiple pools, daily games, and entertainment, there was always something fun for everyone. The resort also offers a great variety of restaurants and themed dinners, we especially enjoyed the family-friendly buffet nights. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, this resort offers fantastic value for a family holiday, fun for kids, relaxing for parents, and perfectly located for exploring Kuta. We would definitely stay here again - Hardik P

I’ve stayed at the Bali Dynasty three times and have only had positive experiences. The rooms have always been clean to a lovely standard with all of the necessary amenities. All of the staff and the service they provide is fantastic. The staff are caring, friendly and very accommodating to your specific needs. The support, entertainment, food and facilities this resort provides for me and my young son makes travelling with children so much easier. There are so many little extras thrown in that really make the difference for the kids. This resort is my second home in Bali and I would be more than happy to keep coming back here - Joanne O
