Golden Lotus Chinese Restaurant is pleased to announce the return of our culinary master, Mr Teng Shen Lee. Originally from Penang, Malaysia, Chef Teng is no stranger to our establishment, having worked as a Chinese chef in our kitchen for several years back in 1997. Now, with his exceptional talent and recognized expertise, he has rejoined our team to enchant the palates of gourmets once again.

Bali Children’s Project

Bali Children's Project relies on people like you. Without individual sponsorships, their children would not graduate from school, and their chances in life would be diminished. With your sponsorship, a child has the opportunity to prepare for their own future.

Bali Children's Project is committed to giving children the best possible support. While they focus on ensuring that children's educational needs are met, this often expands into other areas, as children's needs are not always straightforward.

Coming from impoverished backgrounds often involves emotional, logistical, health, and personal needs. Although the children are financially poor, the program respects them and their families, viewing financial assistance as a way to help them develop their full potential.

Wicak, a seventeen-year-old 11th-grade student at a government senior high school in Badung, has a year and a few months left to graduate. He is majoring in social sciences. Wicak is the younger of two children; his older sister is being raised by their deceased father's nephew due to their mother's financial constraints. His father died 16 years ago from a malignant tumor, and Wicak and his mother live with relatives in Nusa Dua.

Wicak's mother, laid off from a restaurant during the pandemic, now rents a place for $150 a year to sell daily necessities, earning about $100 a month. Previously, they rented a room before moving in with relatives.

Wicak, who has good grades, enjoys school and wants to become a teacher. His hobbies include football, futsal, badminton, running, and playing the Balinese gamelan. At school, he participates in futsal and badminton clubs. His school is 30 to 45 minutes away by motorbike.

In his free time, Wicak helps his mother in the shop, earning an extra $2 a day. Bali Dynasty Resort has committed to supporting a child through this sponsorship. With this support, children are assured that their educational requirements will be fulfilled, enabling them to pursue studies until graduation for a brighter future

Wisma Kasih Bunda Foundation 

Wisma Kasih Bunda Foundation is a shelter located in Semarang, Central Java, founded by fashion designer Anne Avantie. Its mission is to provide healthcare and support for children with special needs, particularly those with hydrocephalus. The foundation offers medical assistance, including surgeries and treatments, and also engages in social programs like 'Jumat Berkah' to provide aid to those in need. With the goal of improving the lives of over 2,500 children with special needs and their families, Wisma Kasih Bunda Foundation provides comprehensive care and support services.

One of the best places in Kuta - I came to Kuta with some friends for an activity at Waterbom, and I chose to stay at Bali Dynasty which is just a 5 minutes walk to the waterbom. The stay was really enjoyable and the staff are really kind and helpful. They have so many options on the breakfast buffet. The gym opens from 6am to 10pm for those who want to do a workout and to burn your calories in the morning to start your day. Highly recommended staying there – fabisorlury

This is a great resort if you are traveling with a family and are looking for convenience and a fun time. Great location, easy check in, great pools, cocktails are great, food is good also. Buffet breakfast is very handy. The family room was a little small, but functional for everything we needed. Hotel, despite being very big and busy, is lovely, quiet, and relaxing. The art shop within the compound is amazing, quality is fantastic and prices are very affordable. They'll also package your paintings up safely if you are traveling by plane. We stayed 4 nights in the resort. It is a big resort. Very well maintained and very well serving. They have a huge swimming pool and some small pools also. Their food was excellent. Services were also excellent. Attached to the resort is the beach. Resort is a lush green place. I rate them 5/5. I wish to stay again in the same resort if I visit Kuta again - Mahavir sharma

Stayed here for 13 nights, overall good experience great for the kids and meeting friends. We had a couple of issues with our rooms, but the friendly staff did their best to fix them asap. The Monday night fire dance was the highlight of the trip -
