Blood Donation

To coincide with Indonesia 76th Independence Day, Bali Dynasty Resort along with Bali Hotels Association hosted a Blood Donation event on Wednesday, 18th August 2021 between 1 PM – 4 PM in the Kertagosa Meeting Room. This was part of a regular initiative that the resort organized in conjunction with the Indonesian Red Cross.

General Manager, Mr. Didit Indra Purnawarman says "I like to encourage our management and staff to participate. It’s so easy and it doesn’t take up much of your time.”

A significant number of staff members participated in the event, which resulted in numbers of bags of blood being collected for the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI). All of the bags were then transported to the regional blood bank located at Sanglah Hospital to be stored accordingly ready for distribution to patients in need.

Bali Dynasty Resort and Bali Hotels Association had successfully conducted blood drive under strict health and safety conditions allowing blood donations to continue.

Every year, Bali Dynasty Resort always selects an outstanding team member as a part of our appreciation for their hard work. This year, the management team has been appointed Rian (Reservation Team) as the newly Employee of The Year (Heart of The House). Let’s take a look at our short interview with her!

Name, age (if you want to tell us) and where were you born?

My name is Rian. I am 33 years old. I was born and raised in Abang, Karangasem Regency.

How many years have you worked for Bali Dynasty Resort?

I have been working with Bali Dynasty Resort for about 12 years.

This year, you have been appointed as the Employee of The Year Heart of The House, what went through your head?

I am thrilled and grateful after being selected as the Employee of The Year Heart of The House. This achievement means a lot to me. This is such an appreciation for my hard work for the past years, but at the same time, this could be a reminder to me to keep my motivation as high as possible. This award is a statement for me to be a better employee for the following years.

What contribution have you offered to the company?

I have been working as the best as I can be. Being efficient, giving a good impression to the team are two things I always keep in mind. Especially in this difficult situation, I am willing to work extra hours just to ensure all information is delivered to our guests for bookings and rescheduling.

What’s your plan for your future with the company?

I will be continuing my career at Bali Dynasty Resort.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed with my family amongst many cities around the world that I have visited. This is just so perfect a stay with Kids that the kids would not even be interested to be in the Room. To top it all, you can send your kids to the Kids play area and be rest assured for the hotel to take good care of them and will keep them engaged through out the day. Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I had a room with the pool view with decent amount of natural light. The food at the hotel is amazing and the staff very very courteous and friendly. Absolutely no complaints about service. The hotel boasts of meticulous attention to details for family travelers. With family rooms having bunkers for children in a separate area and a separate television within the same room is a very subtle touch. The pool area for the children is a lot of fun for kids. The location is Kuta which is one of the more commercialized areas in Bali. And for Indian travelers there is an Indian restaurant right outside of the hotel.
