ANZAC Day Memorial Night at Gracie Kelly's

ANZAC Day is the solemn day of remembrance of those Australian and New Zealand Army Corps soldiers who fought and died at Gallipoli in 1915. It is also a day of remembrance for all soldiers who died while fighting for their country. It is celebrated on 25 April each year, regardless of on which day it falls.

Join us on April 25th at 8pm onwards at Gracie Kelly's when we hold our annual ANZAC day Memorial Night.

The highlight of the night will be the Charity Two up Competition. The money raised will be going to our Charity project which is helping the poor children of Bali in conjunction with the East Bali Poverty Project.

Live music will be provided by our famous Rais Paddies Band and our juggling bartender will show you how to prepare one of his famous cocktails. Also make sure to join the drinking competition with special discount offers and the raffles with great prizes...DON’T MISS IT!

It won't be long now. Easter is just around the corner and an Easter bunny theme party is perfect for a family get-together. Celebrate Easter and have lot's of fun at our Kids Easter Bunny Party! 

The Resorts' inner garden area will be the place to be on Sunday, 20 April!

The party will begin with a grand Easter Egg hunt throughout the hotel garden. Then it will be time for the children to show just how talented they are with an Egg Painting Competition. The winners of the competitions will be presented with great prizes.

Also a special mystery guest will be visiting the kids during the party! Join in and find out who this is!

After the activities the children can join their parents for the delicious Easter Buffet Lunch in Sen5es Restaurant.

All the Bali Dynasty Chefs and kitchen staff recently went through a 3 day food hygiene training program following the procedures according the HACCP.

HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) is an approach to food safety that is systematic and preventive. It helps food operators introduce procedures to make sure the food produced is safe to eat.

We are pleased to inform you that we have revamped and expanded our Kupu-Kupu Kids Club. The Kupu-Kupu Kids Club has always been available for the ages of 4 to 12 years old. Now we have created a separate area for the ages 8 and up to be able to provide activities and facilities suitable for both age groups.

The teens club, located above the Kids Club, previously available for teenagers from 13 to 19 years old, is now available for kids from 8 years and up and is free of charge. The area is equipped with a pool table, computer area, Wii, PS Player and X-Box, Movie theatre, carrom board and table football.

The kids club area for the little ones, 4 to 7 years old, is equipped with a TV area, Creative Play area, computer, Arts & Craft area, traditional music instruments and a big screen for Movie Nights, currently available every Thursday and Saturday.

Also soon we will open a brand new outdoor playground located near the kids pool. The new playground is equipped with a slide with rubber line flooring, a swing, a bird and car rocking chair, a see saw and a ping-pong table.

All the facilities will be complete at the beginning of April prior the start of the Easter Holidays.

Every Tuesday and Thursday at Gracie Kelly’s Irish Pub it is quiz time to raise money for our charity effort. On Tuesday it is Family Quiz Night from 7.30pm with some questions kids might only know! On Thursday there is a General Quiz Night from 8.30pm.

You can also help our Charity effort by supporting the ‘Two Dollar to Check out’ program, donating your small change in our donation boxes around the resort and purchasing Bali Dynasty's Merchandise, of which a percentage is donated to Charity.

Purnama sasih kedasa - Full moon ceremony 14 April

The full moon (which has particular importance to the Balinese Hindus) will fall on Monday 14th April and ceremonies are held throughout the Hindu temples all across Bali. The Balinese that adhere to the Hindu Dharma religion will take offerings of food, fruit and flowers to the temple to be blessed by a priest. It is the essence of theses offerings that will be enjoyed by the deities. The Balinese themselves are then blessed by performing various rituals using holy water, incense smoke, petals and rice grains.

Usually during Purnama, the village temple will feature special prayers, wayang puppet performances, arja plays, Balinese dancing. Towering offerings called sesajen, are also brought to the temple.

This resort is definitely great for my family. We chose this resort because its location and facilities. It is quite near from airport and there are two shopping malls nearby. Some mini marts are nearby as well. Check in process was efficient and smooth. The staff were exceptional and helpful.
