From the 1st of February to the 30th of April 2013 Golden Lotus has prepared a traditional Chinese dish, called
“ JIAN WEN LU – DEEP FRIED FLYING BARRAMUNDI” with Haixian sauce
HAIXIAN sauce is a Chinese dipping sauce

GONG XI FA CAI. We have a special Chinese New Year celebration at Golden Lotus Chinese Restaurant featuring Special Shows to celebrate the Year of the Snake. On Sunday, 9th of February we present a Chinese Barong Sai show during dinner and on Monday, 10th of February we present a Chinese Duo. Both shows begin at 7.00pm.
In conjunction with Chinese New Year, Golden Lotus is offering a Special “YEE SANG” menu available from 26th of January – 25th of February 2013.

YEE SANG is a Chinese Salad made up of Thinly sliced Carrots, Shredded Yam, Pickles, white Sesame, Chopped Peanut, Mandarin Orange leaf, Spring Onion, Regular Onion, Sweet Potato, Chinese Spices, with Salmon fish fillet mixed with Golden Lotus Special Sauce.
The Chinese believe that if they eat Yee Sang during Chinese New Year that Life and Business will be prosperous and will warrant good luck.
For those preferring a full Yee Sang Prosperity Set Menu we offer the HONG WAN SALMON YEE SANG SET MENU for Rp. 219,000 net/person (Minimum 2 persons).
The Menu features Braised Sharks Fin with Crab Meat & Scallop Soup, Stir-fried Beef Chinese Style, Stir-fried Chicken meat with Dry Chilli Sauce, Pan Fried Prawn with Szechuan Sauce Golden Lotus Special Fried Rice, Braised Vegetables with Oyster Sauce, Chilled Almond Beancurd with Fruit Cocktail Mandarin Orange.
