Golden Lotus Chinese New Year Specials

Golden Lotus Chinese Restaurant, an award winning Chinese restaurant at the Bali Dynasty Resort, invites the diners to celebrate the coming of Chinese New Year with a special menu at a very affordable price.

Golden Lotus’s Chinese New Year special includes the restaurant’s popular Yee Sang dish. Yee Sang is a special Chinese salad made up of thinly sliced carrots, shredded yam, pickles, white sesame, chopped peanuts, mandarin orange leaves, spring onions, regular onions, sweet potatoes, salmon fish fillet, mixed and seasoned with Chinese spices and Golden Lotus special sauce. The combination creates a crispy salad with heavenly taste of sweet and sour.

As a Chinese New Year signature dish, Yee Sang salad is available in three different portions: small – IDR 90K, medium – IDR 175K and large – IDR 250K.

For diners who prefer to have a set menu instead, Golden Lotus has prepared the Chinese New Year Set Menu called Hong Wan Salmon Yee Sang. Offering diners with extensive menu consisting of Yee Sang salad, chicken, duck, fish and prawn dishes, vegetable and rice, soups and sweet glutinous rice balls, the set menu is only priced at IDR 278K per person for a minimum 2 persons.

Rejoicing the Chinese New Year celebration, a special show from Barongsai and Chinese duo will entertain the diners on the 15^th and 16^th of February respectively.
