Bali Dynasty Resort Wins Prime Plaza’s Employee of the Year Award

Bali Dynasty Resort wins the Employee of the Year Award for Front and Back of the House, making it the first time for the Resort to win both of these prestigious titles at the same time.
Tuban, 8 May 2017 – Prime Plaza Hotels & Resorts recently rewarded their top performing staff during the annual Prime Plaza Supervisor and Employee of the Year Award ceremony held at Sanur Paradise Plaza Hotel, Bali, on 26th April 2017. Competing against a total of 18 candidates from Prime Plaza’s properties in Java and Bali, two representatives of Bali Dynasty Resort: I Made Agus Pramadi and Ni Made Christine, from Front of the House and Back of the House respectively, won the ‘Employee of the Year 2016’ trophy.
This is the first time that Bali Dynasty Resort has won the two prestigious titles at the same time, although the Resort has won each of the titles separately on many occasions.
I Made Agus Pramadi (Employee of the Year 2016 - Front of the House) is the Bar Captain of H2O Restaurant at Bali Dynasty Resort. His outstanding personality and helpful attitude makes him popular amongst the guests. He also exhibits friendly service with his personal approach and thoughtful touches.
Ni Made Christine Rahayu (Employee of the Year 2016 – Back of the House) has been the Sales Coordinator at Bali Dynasty Resort since 2007. She possesses a conscientious attitude and consistently performs her work to a very high standard. She never hesitates to contribute her thoughts and ideas to develop the Sales & Marketing Department.
Bali Dynasty Resort was also proud to name Gede Semarapada as Supervisor of the Year 2016. As a supervisor, he always shows exemplary leadership towards his subordinates and is keen to give feedback and suggestions for improvement to the Front Office Department.
Congratulating all the winners in his speech, Didit Indra Purnawarman (General Manager of Bali Dynasty Resort) expressed his admiration for their hard work, dedication and commitment in delivering genuine service to the guests.
