Bali Dynasty Resort Rewards Long-Serving Staff Members

South Kuta, 25^th March 2019 - On 18^th March 2019, Bali Dynasty Resort recognised 25 staff members who have all served with the company for 15, 20 and 25 years respectively. This milestone occasion was marked by a celebratory luncheon at Golden Lotus Chinese Restaurant where everyone enjoyed an afternoon of delicious food and acoustic music entertainment.

During the lunch, each long-serving employee received a commemorative gift from the President Director of Prime Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Mr Frans Bonang, as a token of appreciation for their loyalty and dedication.

This event was held to acknowledge staff members for having achieved 25 years, 20 years, and 15 years of service at the Bali Dynasty Resort. A total of 14 employees were recognised for serving 25 years, 10 employees were commended for reaching 20 years, and 1 employee was honoured for 10 years of committed service to the resort. 

Bali Dynasty Resort understands that its entire team is its biggest and most valued asset. It is these very staff members who are tasked to take care of all guests by treating them as individuals, delivering personal service and maintaining a consistent level of hospitality that brings people back year after year. Over 60% of all employees have been with the resort for more than 20 years and 72% have clocked up 15 years of service.
