Amadea Announced Employee of the Quarter of April - June 2012

To ensure that every guest receives great experience during their stay with us here at Amadea we are committed to provide a working environment that respect, recognize and develop our team member. Every department must ensure that every staff member is well equipped with skill and knowledge thru regular training. Staff motivation is also an element that we always nurture among all the staff as this element plays very significant effect to the success of the establishment. Employee of the Quarter is just one of the many ways we recognize the exceptional performance of our team member.

For the 2nd quarter of 2012, Suci Artini, Guest Service Assistant, has been announced as Employee of the Quarter of April – June 2012. Suci is well liked by our guest for being very professional and always pleased to help guests and other team member. Guests will find Suci with her smiling face at our Lobby.

Putu Budi Suryadinata, Bell Boy, is selected as Employee of the Quarter – Supporting Partner and The Most Recommended Employee by Guest for his dedication and commitment to excellence. He was selected based on the number of vote casted by our guests on the guest comment card. A very special moment for Putu as he won two prizes at once.

The inauguration was conducted on July 27, 2012 during the staff gathering and birthday party.
