Bali Children’s Project Support – Rangga Frezzy

Rangga Frezzy is a 17-year-old student in Grade 12, his final year of senior high school. He hopes to graduate in June 2027 and build a brighter future for himself and his family.

As the eldest of two siblings, Rangga works hard to balance his studies with helping support his family. Originally from Java, his parents moved to Bali in search of better opportunities. His father works as a construction labourer, while his mother stays at home to care for his younger brother.

Despite the challenges he faces, Rangga remains determined to finish school. He dreams of becoming a motorcycle mechanic and one day opening his own garage. He is also an enthusiastic member of his school's martial arts club.

You can help make Rangga's dream a reality. Your generosity will give him the opportunity to complete his education and take the next step towards a brighter future. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps create lasting change through education.

We had a great time here at Bali Dynasty Hotel. The room is spacious and clean. Our family had a wonderful stay at Bali Dynasty Resort. As a mother travelling with two young children, the thing I appreciated most was how safe the resort felt. Even when my children were playing and briefly out of my sight, I never felt anxious. The entire resort had a warm, secure atmosphere, which gave me great peace of mind. Another thing that really impressed us was the staff. They were always around, constantly working, smiling, cleaning, and assisting guests. You never had to search for someone if you needed help. Their hard work and dedication were noticeable throughout the resort. The resort was also very clean, well maintained, and had a fantastic atmosphere for families. We experienced a small issue during check-in and check-out, but what truly impressed us was how the management handled it. They listened carefully to our concerns, genuinely cared about our experience, and even kindly offered us complimentary massages as a gesture of goodwill. It showed that they value their guests, and are willing to make things right when something doesn’t go as planned. No hotel is perfect, but what makes a hotel truly exceptional is how they respond when issues arise. Bali Dynasty Resort did exactly that. Thank you to the entire team for making our family holiday so enjoyable. Great location and family resort. Clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Activities for children and adults throughout the day. Great for family holidays. No problem getting sunbeds . We were a group of 10 and had children aged 8 and 4 with us and plenty for everyone. Breakfast could be a bit overwhelming at times, but when the rush goes down it was good. Really nice location away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta but still accessible to that part of Bali. The main pool, activities and kids care did what was advertised. We were in a Lagoon Access room which was spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids as well as providing a secluded and quiet option for our afternoon swims. The people are amazing with the standout being Arya, one of the waiters downstairs but he may as well have been a concierge. He provided tips, getting wine help, and was a pleasure to have a chat with every evening, even if we weren’t eating at one of their many restaurants. Of their restaurants, the Chinese was the pick, and the waitress Lia was wonderful. - Richard R.

We had a pleasant stay overall. A special thank you to Arlin from the Guest Relations team, who welcomed and assisted us throughout our stay. She was incredibly helpful, generous, and genuinely friendly, making us feel valued from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself has a wonderful ambiance. My son absolutely loved the kids' pool and the indoor kids' club, which kept him entertained and made our family vacation even more enjoyable. The only downside was our experience at the pool bar. Unfortunately, some of the staff seemed to treat local guests differently, which came across as a bit discriminatory and was disappointing to experience. Despite that, we still enjoyed our stay thanks to the excellent facilities and the outstanding hospitality from Arlin. We stayed at Dynasty for seven nights with our two kids in connecting rooms. The resort was clean; it had a great atmosphere and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Our kids loved the movie nights, which gave us adults time to go out for tea. We had four other families with us, and everyone had a great stay. Shout out to the staff at Grace Kelly's Irish pub at the front. Our kids had so much fun with the staff, and they had a band play. Our girls got to sing songs on stage. We will definitely stay again. - Amanda M.

The Bali Dynasty Kuta is simply a superb experience - especially due to the staff which I will get to in a minute. Amenities, rooms, pools, bars, food are all fantastic - clean, well maintained and for the price I consider great value. The theme nights, Fire dance shows, daily games for both kids and adults etc. are all brilliant. Importantly the security of Dynasty is tight. Both the front, and rear access to the beach are guarded and you always feel safe - they also are quite strict on keeping the noise levels down in the evening, so no drunken flogs cause problems in the evening - great for the kids needing a well-earned rest after hours of fun in the pools and water slide. The shining light of Dynasty though are the staff. Golly gosh - I have travelled a lot and these guys are next level. Within a day or two most know your name - and more importantly your kid’s names. We have been twice in the last two years - the main reason for the return was the staff. The pool lifeguards have become family friends, so have other staff - if you have a good heart, you cannot leave without loving the staff at the Dynasty resort, with a need to book again just to feel like you’re part of the their family again. Simply a spectacular, warm experience - that’s why we will book again next year. Also, we now understand why we met some patrons who have been returning for more than 25 years. - Richard K.
