What is Referral Programme?

The Referral Programme is a part of Dynasty Rewards programme where you can now earn points by recommending new guests to stay at the Bali Dynasty Resort for a minimum three nights on the condition that the guest has not stayed at the Bali Dynasty Resort before


How does the Referral Programme work?

For every new guest you recommend to stay at the Bali Dynasty Resort, you earn 300 points for their first booking with a minimum three nights stay. In order for us to track who you recommend, it is essential that you insist they quote your unique Rewards Number as their Referral at the time of booking. If booking on line there is a field for the Referral Number. In the case of reservations by email they must quote your number in the email. For reservations through a travel agent / wholesaler they must send an email to reservations@bdr.pphotels.com no later than four days after they make their booking. For bookings through OTA’s as with the Dynasty Reward programme no points are applicable.


Who can participate in this Referral Programme?

Any past guests who are a Dynasty Rewards member can participate in this Referral Programme.

*If you are already a registered member but have not yet received your Rewards Number or have any queries regarding your membership, please send an email to rewards@bdr.pphotels.com


Who are considered as the new guests?

New guests are those who never stay at the Bali Dynasty Resort before.


Where can a new guest book so I will earn points?

The new guests must book their stay directly to hotel by email, phone calls or website or through travel agents or wholesalers. Guests who book their stay via online travel agents such as Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia and etc will not be eligible to earn points on the room nights stayed but may still earn points on other spend such as Food and Beverage and Spa


Can I still earn points if the new guests do not quote my Rewards Number on their reservations?

No. You can only earn points if the new guests quote your Rewards Number on their reservation.


Can I still earn points if instead of the new guest; it is me who notifies the hotel that I have recommended someone to stay at the resort?

No. You can only earn points if the new guests quote your Rewards Number on their reservation.


Can I still earn points if the new guests stay less than three nights?

No. You can only earn points for a minimum three nights stay booked by the new guests.


Can I still earn points if the new guest book more than one room with each room is more than three nights?

Yes. You can earn points for multiple room bookings as long as the rooms comply with the minimum required three nights stay. You will earn 300 points x the total rooms booked with minimum 3 nights stays.


Can I earn points if the new guests notify the hotel about my Rewards Number when they stay at the hotel or during check out?

No. The Rewards Number from the referrals should be submitted no later than 4 days after they make their bookings.


Will I still earn points for their future reservations?

No. You will only earn points for their first stay. The guests will be treated as returnee guests on their second stay onwards.


Will I be notified if anyone has quoted me as their referral?

Yes. You will receive a notification to your registered email on your Rewards Account after your referral has stayed and checked out from the hotel


When are the points from the Referral Programme added to my Rewards Account?

The points from the Referral Programme will be added to your Rewards Account on the tenth of the following month after the guest has checked out from the resort.
