Commencing from the 1st of June until the 31st of August 2015, The Golden Lotus Chinese Restaurant presents another delicious food promotion ‘Seafood and Meat Dishes in Mongolian sauce' or 'Xia He Rou Lei Cao Meng Gu Jiang’ in Chinese, providing you Chinese vegetables with either stir-fried prawns, chicken, beef or pork served with a delicious, savory brown Mongolian sauce.
Though neither the ingredients nor the method of cooking is Mongolian in origin, this dish is widely known amongst the Chinese food lovers and is rather meant to imply an 'exotic' type of food. Due to geographic proximity and deep historic ties of Mongolia with China, Mongolian cuisine has been influenced by the Chinese cuisine.
