With soft shell crabs being in season, Golden Lotus Chinese Restaurant now offers “RUAN KE XIE” or the “Soft Shell Crab Promotion” from 1 September 2015 until 31 December 2015.

These subtle crustaceans are fried golden brown, providing a light crispy texture on the skin yet still soft enough to melt on the first chew. The dish is seasoned with Chef’s secret recipe, creating three different choices of flavours including butter & salted egg, butter & oat sauce, and chilli & garlic to add a salt, sweet and mild-spicy flavour respectively.
