Golden Lotus welcomes a new Chinese Chef

We are pleased to welcome back Mr. Teng Shen Lee to Golden Lotus, Chef Teng worked previously in 1997 as a Chinese Chef in our Golden Lotus Chinese Restaurant for 4 years.

In the last 13 years he has been working in the same position in our sister hotel Surabaya Plaza Hotel, Swiss-Bell Hotel Silae in Palu, Ban Hen Golf Course in Singapore and several other hotels in Jakarta. His last appointment prior to returning back to the Golden Lotus was at the Lei Garden Restaurant in Jakarta.

A specialist in Cantonese cuisine you can be sure that Chef Teng will bring some surprising dishes to our menu with a few of his famous secret recipes. We can't wait to introduce these to you!
