Unable to register
If you're unable to register or can't register, there are a few things to check before trying again. Check to make sure all your billing information is entered perfectly before you try to buy tickets. You can also clear your browser's cache and cookies or use a different web browser to complete your order. If tickets for the event are sold out or unavailable, get in touch with us info@bdr.pphotels.com to see if you can still register.
Didn't receive an email with your order confirmation
If you didn't receive an order confirmation email from us make sure to check the spam folder in your inbox. If you still can't find the email, contact us at info@bdr.pphotels.com with your name, email used and number of tickets your purchased.
Credit card declined
If you credit card is declined make sure the following information is entered correctly before processing your payment again:
• Card Type: Is your card a Visa, MasterCard, or other type of card?
• Card Number: Card numbers are typically 16 digits long.
• Expiration Date: If your card is expired, you should try using a different card or contact your bank or credit card company to get a new card.
• CSV Code: This is a 3-digit security code on the back of your card, and you can select What's this? on the registration form to learn more.
• Billing Address: The address associated with the card you're using.
TIP: If your credit card is still being declined, try using a different card to complete your order. You can also call your bank or credit card company to ask why the charge isn't going through.
You should receive an order confirmation email for all completed purchases you make on bdr.pphotels.com. If you see more than one charge on your statement for the same event but didn't receive order confirmations for each, it's most likely an abandoned transaction(s) that didn't go through.
Any abandoned charges on your statement should drop off of your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company.
