Premiere Lounge Now Caters to Late Departing Guests

The brand-new Premier Lounge is a multi-purpose space on the ground level adjacent to Café Piazza that primarily serves as a venue for the exclusive use of departing guests. Styled for comfort and convenience, it has been thoughtfully designed as a place to relax and freshen up before heading to the airport. 

The Premier Lounge is supported by essential facilities including a reception desk, WiFi, and a refreshment station. Changing rooms feature digital lockers and shower amenities. There is even a dedicated kid’s corner with age-appropriate toys, games and PlayStation to keep youngsters entertained for hours.

With versatile seating for up to 48 people, the Premier Lounge is a smart venue that takes the hassle out of having to wait around for a late flight. For an entrance fee of just IDR 125,000 net per adult, it provides guests with somewhere to unwind, eat, drink and shower in air-conditioned comfort.

Brand-New Family Lagoon Pool Access Rooms Available in July

A collection of 16 Family Pool Access Rooms are characterised by direct access to a new 109-metre-long lagoon-styled swimming pool that is tucked behind the resort’s south wing. Configured to comfortably sleep parents with children or five adult guests, these ground floor rooms offer seasoned travellers an unforgettable holiday experience.

Each room is fitted with a sliding privacy screen to create two separate sleeping zones. The main area is set up with a king size bed, while the second space is fitted with wide bunk beds and a trundle bed. Both sections come complete with a wall-mounted television. In the main area, a DVD player is provided, while in the kid’s area there is a PlayStation.  

The pool itself is a meandering lagoon featuring a casual bar and sun deck enveloped by tropical greenery. Guests are able to simply step out from their room and plunge into a body of refreshing water. In keeping with the resort’s child safety policy, every terrace is fitted with a secured gate to prevent little ones from accessing the pool without parental supervision.

Gracie Kelly’s Irish Pub extends an open invitation to all guests to come and enjoy an array of different breakfast options from its a la carte menu.

For a nutritious start to the day, try our signature Gracie’s Bircher Muesli with honey lemon, homemade yoghurt, crusted cashews, banana, apple and strawberries. Alternatively, the Salmon Benedict served on freshly baked soda bread puts an Irish twist on a classic breakfast favourite.

Health conscious guests, vegetarians and vegans will enjoy the Pancakes and Berries with strawberry compote, whipped cream, raspberry sorbet, while the Acai Berry Bowl comes with frozen blueberries, granola, coffee honey, cocoa nibs and banana.

Relaxing Green Tea Therapy at Ashoka Spa

If you are in need of some well-deserved rejuvenation during your holiday, Ashoka Spa is offering a bi-monthly package called Relaxing Green Tea Therapy.  Enjoy a series of indulging treatments starting off with a refreshing foot bath ritual using lavender salt to cleanse your toes and remove dead skin cells. The pampering continues with a tension releasing massage performed using aromatic green tea oil, followed by a green tea body scrub and body mask. After showering, an antioxidant enriched green tea body moisturizer will be applied to nurture and rehydrate the skin. Charity Update

Bali Dynasty Recovery Centre

Bali Dynasty Resort is more than just a room with a view. With the support of you, our guests, we have been able to contribute to the continued well-being of more than 100 disadvantaged men, women, and children across the island of Bali. Working with Solemen, a Bali-based charity organisation, our guest’s contributions have allowed us to fund life-saving operations, access medical care, provide equipment for the physically disabled, and much more.

We would like to take you behind the scenes of our biggest project to date, one that would not be possible without your help. When Bali Dynasty Resort first began supporting Solemen in 2016, they were taking care of approximately 500 people. Today, that number is nearing 2,000.

As the need for support grows, so do our fundraising efforts. Through our ‘Helping Friends for Life’ initiative, Bali Dynasty Resort has been able to fund Solehouse, a care facility with a home environment providing support and resources to keep families together before, during, and after medical treatment.

The new Bali Dynasty Recovery Centre, located on the ground floor of the new Solemen office, is set to open its doors on 1^st July 2019. It will be a much larger space with extra bedrooms to accommodate even more Solebuddies.

We are urgently seeking funds to furnish bedrooms, the kitchen, lounge, and bathrooms. The Great 50 Show – A Circus Like No Other Running in Bali through to 25th August 2019 with Two Shows Daily.

The Oriental Circus of Indonesia is celebrating its 50th Anniversary via an extended national tour of a dynamic new concept for entertainment combining music, theatre, state-of-the-art lighting, acrobatic and nail-biting high-wire feats during the current The Great 50 Show.

A story depicting the journey of Indonesia’s legendary circus family is dedicated to Jansen Manansang, Frans Manansang, Tony Sumampau. The show features a stellar cast of international performer and creators who have jointly created a show to rival the likes of Circus Soleil. An original musical score by renowned Indonesian composer Nikitas Dompas, transformational lighting and special effects by Sembilan Matahari, original choreography by Evelinn Kurniadi, acrobatic direction by Jerôme Maurel, and lighting design Albert Wileo – all combine to present an evening of theatrical performance that will form the central memory of a Bali holiday.

The Great 50 Show Indonesian Tour, including 4-month-run in Bali, is produced by well-known French entrepreneur and impresario Thibault Paquin and directed by Australian Peter Wilson who, together with Made Sidia, created Bali’s longest running stage performance at the Bali Safari and Marine Park and masterminded the opening ceremony for the Sydney Olympics.

The production will run through until 25thAugust 2019 with two shows daily at 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm under a big top located on Jalan Sunset Road in Kuta across from the Golden Tulip Jineng Hotel. Ticket prices start from Rp. 200,000 per person and can be purchased online via the official Website.

Hans Manansang, the deputy director of Taman Safari Indonesia who are presenting the circus extravaganza, explained the show is unique on a number of levels including the fact that no live animals perform in the show commemorating 50 years of the Oriental Circus under the big-top in Indonesia. The four-month Bali appearance comes after extended runs in Sumatra and Java.

The approximately two-hour long performance represents a mesmerizing admixture of a live concert, gala dance presentation, theatrical storytelling, acrobatic feats, and high-risk aerial performance.

Bali Blues Festival

The Bali Blues Festival is a standalone part of the annual Nusa Dua Fiesta’s agenda. It will feature great local, national and international jazz and blues bands. Numerous musicians and ensembles will be performing during the two-day event such as Nosstress, Joni Agung & The Bluesers, Fourtwnty, The Hydrant, Fernando Brazil with Ronald Gang, Padi Reborn, Bali Guitar Club, Bluesmate, Brightsize Trio and Crazy Horse. If you are a true jazz or blues lover, this festival should not be missed. Tumpek Uduh

One of the concepts in the Balinese Hindu religion is to keep nature in balance. For that reason, the Balinese conduct a ceremony for all kind of plants that is called Tumpek Uduh. This auspicious occasion is also known as Tumpek Wariga or Tumpek Pengatag and it is dedicated to Sanghyang Sangkara, Lord of all food/plants. A special ritual involving prayers and offerings is performed, primarily by farmers across the island, to bless everything growing on the land seeking a productive and abundant crop.
